Hey everyone.

I'm playing around with my theater and thought it would be cool to have an intermission show play while the movie is paused. I need some kind of cheap media player that I could load a single file on and have it play in a loop. I thought about the WD player. I also looked at a digital signage player but they run about $1k so that's out of the question.

If it matters, I'm using a Harmony to control my system and the plan would be to add an activity to access this device.

Any advise from someone who has done this or thought about it?

Thanks, Craig

If you can find one of the older B100 I think it was called it should be pretty cheap,

I wound trying a friend's WDTV Live and it did the job perfectly. But at $100 it's a bit pricey. I've ordered some cheapo Chinese one for $30 and I'll see how it works. It only needs to be able to repeat a short clip from a USB or flash drive so it should work.... as long as it works.
