Kind of an odd question, but something I'd like to know. The reason is that I love the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I saw it in the theater with my wife, and she really liked it too. Except for one thing...

She CANNOT handle the two rape scenes, particularly the second, more brutal one.

I thought it would be nice to excise these two scenes from the movie. I figure I'm advanced enough I should be able to accomplish it, I just don't know how. Anyone done anything like this? How did you do it? Is there a particular program that will make it easy? Thanks!

SolveigMM video splitter can cut and stitch lossless, you'll want to look at the help file first. Try the demo version and feed it the video file. They have an older tutorial on how to cut out commercials from TV shows.
