Is there a third party device that I can hook between my ATV and monitor/TV to switch the ATV to portrait mode?

Here's what we're trying to accomplish: View mirrored iOS device on a monitor that is in portrait mode so that when you're holding your iPhone surfing a site that site shows up full screen on the portrait-oriented monitor.

The ATV simply won't recognize this on its own, so I wonder if there's a third party device (maybe one that digital signage would use?) that presents the ATV with a 1080x1920 (or 760x1366) resolution?

Thanks in advance.
