It is no longer available on the only US website (at least that I can find). Any alternatives for a state side guy to find one?
Thanks

eBay. They have been discontinued and no longer available. eBay of Germany has many of them for sale, but shipping would be too costly.

I am hoping for Mede8er to adapt a fully functional jukebox for Movies and TV Shows, so I can buy one. I might even consider selling my Dune D1 and TV303D.

That's what I get for being such a procrastinator! I attempted a while back to get started on this and posted about it. Then new stuff starting coming out so I thought I should wait and see how they are. Keep waiting for updates on things to be perfect for what I am looking for and what do I get.....just what I deserve.....and not what I ultimately thought was going to be the best solution for my wants. I guess that is what I get for trying to let others be my testing agents. I am going to hash through what is left and try and pick one and finally just go for it. I think I have it down to the Mede8r 1000 and the Dune Base 3d.

I own a Dune D1 and a Dune TV303D. The TV303D plays everything I've got, but it doesn't downmix TrueHD only DTSMA. That's only if you install the patch for it. However, I use it in my living room with surround sound so that's not an issue.

The only reason why I like the Dune over the Mede8er is due to jukebox support. I can use Zappiti or Yadis, which both support Movies and TV Shows, but with the Mede8er you have to use two different programs one for movies and the other for TV Shows.

I'm also changing the way I'm ripping my movies that have forced subtitles. If the movie has forced subtitles I rip it with ClownBd as folder structure, and then use MKVMerge to remux it and flag the forced sub track so the my Dunes will recognize this and play it accordingly. Again, you will have to install a patch that was made by one of the forum members.

I'm not sure if the Mede8er can recognize forced subs.

You can try micro center if you have one around you. I got a B1 from there.

I don't really like talking about my flair
