What is the best Program to make .MKV files from 1:1 BD ISO Rips?

I still want everything 1:1, but I just want in the MKV format.

I had started using MakeMKV, but wanted to know if there is a better program out there, and one that can get forced subtitles to work?

If MakeMKV is the best, how do I get the correct "forced" subtitle tracks easy without getting complex?

A lot of the sub title websites have a ton to choose for each movie all in different languages and different versions.

Is there not a better way?

There is no better way since forced subs can be done in several ways (separate track, forced items in general track, turned on by navigational commands) not all of which are detected by any current program (to my knowledge). So the least painful way would be to include all sub tracks of your preferred language and set both forced and default flag with MKVToolnix's header editor once you've identified the proper track.

I recently started using MakeMKV for my last 15 movies, and it has worked well. I used to use ClownBD to make a main movie only BR folder structure. Then I would use MKVMerge + the MPLS file created by the BR folder structure and make an MKV. Now, I go straight to MakeMKV, and if that doesn't work I use MKVMerge.

I use Dune Media Players with the Forced Subs plugin. So, all I've got to do is have the Forced sub flagged, and it will play just fine.
