I all ready own a med8er x600 which is great, all though.not all 3D files play. Looking to upgrade it with another 3D player.

Money isn't a issue really. What should I go for?

A 3D / Blu-ray player will work the best. I use the PS3 biggrin.gif

A PS3 isn't even fully capable of 3D. WIth Apps 3D is only limited to 720P and with 3D BDs it won't bitstream DOlby True HD. It will bitstream lossy DD instead.

Personally for 3D BD playback I use a couple of Sony S5100 players which work much, much better than the PS3 does. For 3D BD ISO playback I use a couple of PCH A400's

This is correct. I found this out when I was watching Superman. It would only do DD. I'm looking for a 3D player. Reading, which one is the best at the moment.

The only two devices I have ever seen that do blu ray iso files and 3d blu ray iso files with full menus and no issues with seamless branching titles are:

1. oppo 93 with older iso compatible firmware

2. pioneer 150 or bdp-62 with custom firmware.

This has been said over and over, EVERY media player has compromises. You need to list your requirements and then ask for a recommendation. My personal criteria is
Quote:
1. flawless playback of BD and 3D blu ray iso files with HD sound with full menu compatibility..

That's it! There are only three players I found that will do what I want. They are the pioneer 150 and pioneer bdp-62 with custom firmware and the older oppo 93. All three also have no issues with Cinavia...

I think am going to buy the Pioneer 150 like yourself. From reading it seems you have to pay a high amount to activate the custom firmwire, can you confirm this?
