I see that this thread is a couple years old but for a couple years now, I have had problems with Netflix on my Panasonic TC-P50S60 and I'm SO OVER IT! If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Here are my two issues:
1. Every two or three times I select a show to watch on Netflix, I get an error message that says it cannot be played at this time or unavailable (I should know what it says by heart by now but I quit paying attention after so long). I can't select a different show, the only thing I can do it enter the deactivation code (up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, up, up, up, up), log out and then log back in. It's annoying because the Netflix app doesn't save my email address, ya know. It's just frustrating!
2. When I select a show and it actually comes on, the first 30 seconds or so has no sound.
Can ANYONE out there tell me if it's possible to just delete the app from the TV and reinstall it? From what I have read, since it's part of the firmware (and I don't even know what that means, please understand I do not speak "tech"), it is not possible to delete and reinstall. So.... is it possible to force an update or something? Another thing I have noticed is the "category" search is not available in Netflix from this TV. I can browse categories on other devices like smart blue ray players but not on my Panasonic.
