How: Music from PC and iPhone to Receiver?

Anthem receiver with no wifi functionality.
Samsung TV; Smart with video streaming.
May hard wire CAT 5e to the rec. and TV from my router.
Would like to: play music which is on my PC (in another room) through the receiver, allow guests to play music on their phone through the receiver, and access HD radio (Pandora, say).
A bonus desire, to play video from a hard drive or my pc.
I own a NUC (small form factor pc) I could use to move pc files (music, movies) beside the receiver if that is an answer.

How might I do these tasks?
Thanks.

You may be able to do something with Chromecast.
I know you could do it using the Allcast app but I believe it only runs on Android, not iPhones.

Cable-free since Nov 2013

There are lots of possibilities.

One to consider is PLEX or SERVIIO on the PC, which will allow you to access the content directly from your Smart TV. Depending on the TV model, you may also find some DLNA or UPNP Apps that allow you 'push' content from a phone/table to the TV. This would be a no cost option, but you'll only have Pandora if your TV already has that App.

A NUC with XBMC/OpenElec would likely provide you with a good experience. You might enjoy the visual interface on your TV, and can install the Pandora Add-On along with other music related add-ons. Many remote control and application options to choose from.
