which is the correct wd smp model?

i see a few versions and the one specifically known here as the smp model... can someone tell me how to know i get that model? i am looking for a less expensive device for the kids tv and am looking to make sure it does not have the cinavia crap.

also are they worth buying refurbed? i think i found the correct one and its being sold as a refurb for about half normal price.

appreciate any help. thanks!!

edit: okay in some reading i figured out which exact one it is. now my only question is the refurb worth it for 49$ over new for 99$ (seems everyone charging 99$ now for them i found one place for 90$ but not sure if they are reputable or not)
