Roku 3 - Netflix DD issue

I have a new Roku 3 hooked up via HDMI to my Denon X2000 AVR. Also the Roku is hardwired to my home network. The issue being that every time I go to watch any title that supports DD the DD won't be shown in the description and will only playback in 2.0. Easily enough but annoying I can go into the settings and select to Reload the Netflix app and the DD logo shows up in the supported titles and plays back perfect in DD+. I have already done the Reset on the device but didn't solve to issue. At the same time I have an Apple TV hooked up the similar but don't have this issue with it. And also I don't see this with the Amazon Prime or Vudu apps on the Roku 3.

Any suggestions? And thanks in advance!

I suggest you post this on the Netflix streaming quality thread in the Video Download Services And Hardware forum.
