Hi...I have the Request Audio running across my network now and I seem to have a problem with the remote display. Here is an image of what I am seeing. Notice the missing data. Please note, all other functions seem to work 100%.

Any help with this? "Anyone, anyone, Bluer, Bluer?"

Hi Zach...

Yes, I have reboot both units a number of times sense then. I still have the issues of messed up readings. As you can see from the image above, it is like a data loss, but, as mentioned, everything else seems to function. Data transfers and all. I ripped 82 tracks tonight and all did a transfer from the CDDB. All is well with that data also.

Network setup is...Windows ME on a AMD 900Mhz with 256 megs RAM, with a D-Link 530-TX+ NIC. The network is 100BT running on two D-Link switches. (One upstairs and one downstairs.) Thus the two switches are linked together. I am setup using DHCP from a Linksys router. In house network is fine network wide.

I have not used the Power button on the APP, but I do not see what that would do. Hold on... Nope, no difference. Comes back the same way it went off. Same display and all. Here is another image, note the totally messed my characters....

Please note that when I tried to install your software it told me my COMDLG32.DLL was to old. So I looked and it was older than the one on your CD. I renamed mine and put yours in my system directory. The install then did run without issue.

Please let me know if you need more info. So far I LOVE this unit!!!! Though with whole house distribution, I could use a few more remotes.

This issues seems to be a problem with the ATI drivers for my All-In-Wonder 128 AGP card. I have not been able to resolve it however with any of the posted drivers on the ATI site.

I am going to get a new card for this system and thus hope not to have the problem after that. However, I would like to think the software developers would look into this because the ATI line of cards are very highly used.

Thanks again for your help.
