I just started working from home, and having a 40" monitor as opposed to a 20" monitor would be awesome. But I use this for gaming (currently in my bedroom, eventually I'll upgrade to an actual office), so I need to be able to adjust the height by about a foot. My question was, has anyone seen a way to make an easy height adjustable mount?

I was thinking like something out of aircraft cable and some pulleys. But then I did sketch this up while drinking heavily, so who knows if it's possible. Tips?

I appreciate any help offered.

Like this? All it takes is welding skill and equipment, possibly a laser cutter, and a visit to your sheet metal supplier. smile.gif
