Did you have to buy extra long cables to run everything in the wall (from TV to components etc. ) ??

Well how far is your equip?

How long is the articulating arm?

Thats what forced me to move the equip...

my PDP is 42 inches off the ground, the component video is 2Meters and the composite is 6 feet. Works for me. at the base the wires hook into the reciever/dvd player etc. 2M is snug

Fortunately there's not much extra cost in longer cables. Most the cost is in assembling the connectors.

TV will be 40" off the ground. It is a wall mount, no articulating arm.
