Heres a pic of the room at around 8pm: http://imgur.com/FjwGs

During the day it will be much brighter, even with the blinds down. I think I have it narrowed down to the 50" Panasonic ST50 plasma and the LG 47LM7600. I like the idea of having 3D, although I doubt I will use it very much so I am not considering the quality of the 3d in my decision (although I do want to have the 3d). I don't care too much about the smart tv features, all I plan to use is netflix.

I hear great things about the ST50, and it has an anti-reflective screen which I'm hoping someone can weigh in on given the brightness issue in my room.

I saw the 47LM6700 in person and liked it very much, I actually like the 240hz digital smoothing feature that I hear the plasmas don't have, but the color accuracy of the plasma was so great I am having a hard time thinking about anything else.

What do you all think? Are there any other sets I should be considering?
