Your OLED Setup

I know there is an OLED pic thread, but that seems more geared toward screen shots. Saw this on another forum and it's kind of cool seeing other people's setups.

So let's see'um.

My setup. I decided on plain and simple. I want that floating picture when the lights are out. I wouldn't mind a cabinet under it, but with two cats I'm not going to add cat murders to my list of things I shouldn't have done.

And because I can...Philips HUE strip for ambient lighting in the room. No, never on when viewing.

Opposite from the TV is an equipment rack I built into a closet.

If there's a thread like this I couldn't find. If this is a repeat sorry.

The television screen is the retina of the mind's eye.

Thanks. I was using Photobucket until they wanted $300 a year for the privilege. Now I use Flickr.

I'll post a pic of equipment that feeds the OLED in a bit.

Yeah I was running into this problem too. I use my iPhone 7 for pics and I guess they're too big for the site now. So for the last pics I put in the OLED pictures thread I had to edit my pictures by right clicking, select edit, click resize, click pixels, then change the horizontal size to 4000. Save it, then upload it. It should work.

They have a little pic icon on here when you post, but it says put in a URL and i have no clue what that means.

That's only if you want to use a web based picture album (Flickr, 500pix, Imgur, and Photobucket to name a few) to load pics. If you want to add them individually, you can just click the paperclip and add each pic one by one.

Here is my setup (OLED65E6P). Using the blackest black paint on the wall (Rosco 6009), the TV becomes borderless with a black background picture.

Got the garage door braced with cans of water and the C6 Vette. Hope my OLED don't blow away when the roof goes.
Looking much better now, Storm made landfall much more to the south and is down to 115mph. Looks like my A1E will make it. May have a blank screen for a while if the power goes.
