I'm looking for a monitor which accepts any kind of current video inputs (or most of them): composite, s-video, component, RGB (all video inputs accepting both PAL and NTSC), DVI, all computer modes (from VGA to... as high as possible, MAC, etc)...
I'm looking at the ViewSonic VP181 or the Samsung SyncMaster 170MP, but they seem to lack DVI.
Another option, is to get a monitor with only analog computer input and DVI, and to complete the video features with the iScanPro, but the iScan is already expensive alone.
The purpose is to have a portable screen able to check and configure multiple video sources with only one monitor. I may take my projector for that (which lacks DVI...), but it's an oversized and expensive solution for the purpose.
In brief, I look for an universal light monitor.
Any advice below $2000?
