This thread will only contain release notes for Pace TDC787X (a.k.a. Aspen) firmware releases. Please don't ask questions on this thread as it is strictly for release notes. General Aspen questions, or specific questions about releases can be posted on the Aspen CableCARD thread.

Disclaimer: Please don't ask (or PM me) if/when your local cable company is going to roll out this release or if/when your cable provider will deploy Aspen boxes.

Since this is the first release out of the gates, its bug free. On a serious note, there are fixes in this release, but they would only be relevant to beta testers so I won't post them here.

Known problems:

1. After boot, front panel brightness settings may be lost.
2. Closed caption rendering artifacts.
