I thought this was interesting.... the Antenna Logic listings on Ebay show the units as "seller refurbished" with this quotation:

"These units are seller refurbished. The units were brand new, returned units, that had factory, out of the box defect of continuous boot screen or boot loop, that was result of a corrupt firmware file. These units have had the original F400 firmware file restored. Hard drive of course is unused, only for testing unit for proper operation of all functions. "

While I haven't followed the AVS forums for the DTV Pal nor the Channel Master 7000 in quite a while, seems like Antenna Logic
has solved apparent problems which go back a few years. Not a bad price if you want a back-up machine.

Abundant OTA television is what makes this country different from all others. Lets keep it this way. If you like Wi-Fi so much, OTA fits right in. After all, it is wireless.

I won't tell anyone if you don't.....

Video Bruce, do u have any experience or knowledge of the much-disparaged CM 7400 ? Just bought a supposedly defective one on Ebay for cheap, won't have it in my hands for about two weeks. I'm aware of the CM 7400 thread, too much stuff to read. Thanks

I never had one. There is a thread on that model. Overheating as the problem which should of been child's play to overcome.
