Unhappy THR22 (DirecTV+TiVo) not getting VOD on 1889

I am having problems with my DirecTV THR22-100 (TiVo) recorder, and am trying to determine if it is a problem with just my box, or if it affects all THR22 owners.

I have been watching for years the free Video On Demand offerings from the Anime Network on Channel 1889. When I last checked it on 10/31, it was OK. The "Just Added" category had that week's 13 episodes and the "All" category listed 52 episodes.

But when I checked just after midnight, 11/06 (Thursday), Just Added had zero entries and All listed just one single episode. Usually, a glitch like that gets resolved within 12 hours, but after two days I get nothing.

I have a HR21 attached to the same DirecTV dish, and it sees all the new episodes.

System Information: Model THR22-100, Software Version 01B5.

Has DirecTV officially dropped support for the THR22? (I notice it is still being advertised on TV.)
