Suggestion for ATSC convertor with component or S-video out

I'm thinking that discussions about ATSC to NTSC convertor boxes (that have nothing to do with gov't coupons) can be posted here. The question is simple: Are there any ATSC tuner / converter boxes that:

a) have component video output (or, if not, have at least S-video out), and

b) have tuner sensitivity at least as good as the worst off-brand, el-cheapo, refurbished flat panel digital televisions, and

c) are known to function for at least 6 months before self destructing

I don't care at all if the unit has recording capability - I would prefer it didn't if it made the price cheaper without sacrificing on any of the above 3 criteria.

Nope. This is HDTV Recorders. You're asking about a standard-definition converter box. Use that section. The government coupon program is long gone, but the information in the section is still valid.

Walking the fine line between jaw-dropping and a plain ol' yawn.
