Okay, will we hear a peep or will it be silence as usual?

less than 24 hrs and counting for this 'historic' date.

Hmmmm . . . read what it states on his website CLOSELY

We project that shipment of backorders will commence and our reorganization will be completed by June 18, 2001. Until this is completed, it may be difficult to contact us, as our ability to respond via telephone and email will be limited.

He says that the reorg will be done by today, and that shipping should start today. However pending on how you read this he may be difficult to contact till the product is out.

Still wondering if anyone tried to call that was posted on a different thread. Did any brave soul make an attempt. If I had money invested in this I would have.

As per the previous suggestion, I just tried calling these 169time numbers with the following results:

530 268 8358: Disconnected (their phone number)
916-268-3986: No longer in service (their FAX number)
800-786-1073: Not functional
530-268-0190: Grand View Technology, call during busness hours.

Rick
More than I care to remember.

As of 9:30 am, no update. Their 'reorganization' was to be complete *by* today, not on today.

I called 530-268-0190 (which stated "Thank you for calling the blah-blah group of companies") and inputted ext. 169. I got a recording (female voice) stating something like "Thank you for calling the 169time customer support line. Please leave a message and we will get back with you.
I did not leave a message.

Just want to state the following to Andy/Richard if they're reading....

By doing business at Grand View Technology (using their phone number and mailing address), they are liable for any and all actions of 169time regardless if they knew about 169time or not.

Wonder if they (Grand View) know about this.

169time has updated their website and change the status section. Looks like June 29th http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/wink.gif
