DVR not enabled
I have a Pace TDC779x I removed the Mcablecard that came with it and picked one up from Comcast. I had Comcast pair the card to the TDC779x and had it authorized. I get all my channels including the premium ones. When I tried to use the DVR, the message said the DVR was disabled. I pay for DVR service on my account, is there something I should tell the CSR other than my DVR doesn't work to get it enabled? So far just sending the authorization signal repeatedly has not brought the DVR to life. When I put the Mcard that came with the box back in, I get the DVR menus and it appears enabled, of course, I don't get any channels because the Mcard hasn't been paired or authorized. I would not be able to pair that card because it is not in Comcast's inventory.
