Watched on Sci-Fi WRONG TURN 3. I love these Wrong Turn movies. This one did NOT disappoint me!!!! A ton of great gore, wonderful kills, i really enjoyed it.

Wifey is spending more time out of the house now doing activities in our condo complex, and its giving me time to DVR horror movies or use Netflix and actually watch some horror on our biggest tv (60"), and without headphones!!! Plus i got my DVD's, but i am still holding my favorite dvd's for this October. Its coming!!!

But if you havent watched Wrong Turn 3, check it out.

Watched this last nite.

In spite of the teen angst stuff, I thought it was OK.
Some good fighting and decent production values helped.

The most memorable aspect of the movie is my discovery of Rose Byrne and Ellen Page's Love Child: Zoey Deutch.

However, after a little research, I learned she actually is the daughter of Lea Thompson & Howard Deutch.

Anyway, she is a very talented actress and we probably will be seeing a lot more of her.

I don't, I use five speakers, system doubles for music and video. That being said, if all you have is room for a soundbar, the serious speaker manufactures are getting into it now and are making products that actually sound good.

The reality is the living room is an actual living room and way less of a movie den with the kid around. The soundbar would be cleaner and have a higher WAF opposed to going full 7.1 but she wants outdoor audio. Easily achieved with a nice AVR upgrade. I've pressed hard for two years to get the surrounds installed but given what is happening with raising the little one it really is a back burner item for me at times.

I've got two potential paths. Go full bore with a new AVR and mounted speakers and an outside zone which would barely get used except for the outside portion or soundbar for ease of use and more fit for purpose along with an outdoor Bluetooth boom box. Option two is cheap and fits our use case for the foreseeable future while option one would take few years to be more fully appreciated.

It's on the table. My personal preference leans heavily there. An issue I have with that is the wall for the front speakers is an exterior wall and I think that will force my center to be mounted on the ceiling. Not a fan of that.

No doubt there are exceptional entries. I just feel it's leaned upon too heavily in the horror genre lately and needs to retire for a few years like zombies.
