Would need to cut into three layers of ceiling so I want to make sure. Have to admit, I am stoked for the extra dimension and I don't want to hear how much you like it.
Yes, it has XLR outs. Should arrive early next week. I'm sure I'll hate it. Won't be doing the object based speakers just yet. Need to get motivated to cut holes. Might be awhile. Lol.

Had my first MRI this week. They gave me a disc with the images on it and I was able to look at them on my PC using the bundled software they include. I thought this one was pretty cool and of course I thought of the horror thread and had to post here.

Hmm, don't want to alarm you, but it does look somewhat abbynormal?

Ha! No doubt!

They told me yesterday that it was normal and they did not find any tumors that would cause the symptoms I am experiencing. A few weeks ago I started having dizziness, vertigo, fullness in my ears and some hearing loss. They think I may have Meneir's disease. I go back on Monday for another hearing test after two weeks of taking steroids (Prednisone).

Ah, amazing how important the inner ear is. Good luck!!

Obviously, I am a proponent in the virtues of steroids...

Yes, it is.
Recently watched before the sequel (not as good IMO).

Murder House is my favorite of them all but Asylum is also very good. Freak Show has the most interesting characters and the most kills. I have mixed feelings about Coven. Much of it plays out like a soap opera but Kathy Bates performance makes it worth watching.

Watched "Tales from the Dark" on Hulu+ last night. It's an Asian Crush trilogy with ghost tales that's not bad. 3.5 old shoes.

Asylum was the only one I didn't have to force myself to watch backlogged episodes from my DVR. I have 5 of Freak Show to finish still. I liked the first half of Coven but it kinda got lame.

Spoiler!

I became a Lily Rabe fan after watching Asylum. Sister Mary Eunice is kinda hot. Is that wrong?

She's going to be in a new ABC show called The Whispers.

Way cool man! Keep us updated on this because I like reading and seeing what people do with their setups!

Thanks man. It's been a rough few weeks and it's a relief to know I don't have a tumor or something life threatening. Going deaf I suppose I can deal with but I sure would miss music and movies. I'm going to do everything I can to prevent it.

Imagine these images, next time you kids think about buying a motorcycle. The guy lost 3 limbs, literally left standing on one foot. He didn't hit anybody nor did anybody hit him, just a random accident.

It's from one of my fav reality TV shows: Trauma like in the ER. And it's all real, no phony re-enactment or actors. It's just great to be a fly on the wall & see/hear how the dr & nurses handle their job.

I tried to search for reality TV shows threads but there was none so thought this thread of blood & gore is suitable enough.

WARNING: actual footage of amputated limbs on the operating table.

I hope everything works out for you.I ended up in the hospital last Friday, severe chest /back pain. After a CAT scan it turned out to be an aortic dissection,a tear in the wall of the aorta.I have to take a month off from work and see how this goes.at least I have plenty of time to catch up on my back log of movies and dvr'd shows.
