There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of a Vegemite binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon.

I had to look up Vegimite and I would try it! Dunno if Fosters would go good with it but I love to drink Fosters!

Side note I gave Afflicted a second watch last night and that film is really good for a low budget Vampire movie!

Coworker got his for 3500, would have been 2k for the paper vs CAD files. Just curious, we are getting ready to go down that path.

Exciting that you are planning for a new home! Is there going to be room for a media or HT room?

I hear ya, it's one reason I avoid most of the audio threads and video threads (hardware) on AVS these days. Something that seems to be lost at times is music and movies are supposed to be fun. In theory that's why we put the time and money into this stuff. Ok rant over... Drink!

Do not mix together in areas with inadequate ventilation, and keep away from open flame. Keep at least 100 feet from any Weber. Do not take with Sriracha sauce. In case of explosion, we don't know you.

You do understand just because YOU can't detect a difference doesn't mean others can't, right?

Nice observation (sorry, can't help myself)...I always have to get in the last word.

SERIOUSLY?
No, it isn't just my "opinion" (and that truly is my LAST word on the subject).

Wow, a miracle occurred!! I had a few hours alone in the condo as wifey went out without me, and I was able to watch a horror movie on Netflix on my tv.

REC-3, first time i have seen the third movie in this series. Started a little slow for me, but then i always say that, i have no patience. But it got better and better, and i really enjoyed the second half a lot. Plenty of good gore, and it helped that i fell in love with the girl who played the main character, the bride. Good movie.

Because of inconsistencies in what the initial investigation stated on paper vs what was photographed. Like I said before there is a lot of messed up stuff that happened and even the Chief of Police back then says they should reopen because of how shotty the investigation was done. A lot of stuff can be cleared up if info can be looked at with new eyes.

Not that I want to see the gore, but things in the room, i.e. the way the stuff was arranged in the room vs what was said in the report.

Police investigations are often "shotty."
Cops are not geniuses and they can't wait for 5 o'clock (like everyone else).
Hollywood has brainwashed us into thinking they have to be Columbos or there is a travesty of justice.

I remember reading somewhere the problems involved with convincing juries that what CSI type of investigations you see on TV are not what you can do with evidence in the real world. Couple that with crummy police work, and you have a problem.
