So Lionsgate gave the Lossless but not DTSX? Better than just straight lossy. I was shooting to watch this after my level avr got the dtsx upgrade. Have to wait for the elitist, stuck up prigs to get their upgrade first, then the little people.

Watched this with my 10 year old last night and kept my mouth shut after the audiophile comment. In her 10 year old mind it had a bad connotation from the movie.

The Praying Mantis and score was fun for height affects, and good lfe action throughout. The practical creature affects were very good but I would have like a little bit more sense of scare, or consequences, that ANYBODY could be in ANY kind of danger. It was fun though and a good AV ride. Too much kissing, my 10 year old had her eyes closed for those scenes.

Oh yeah, she is a nimble little mynx as the Slipster says. I would have liked her to stick around longer in GOT, but not many do.

Mainly acoustic. You get into phase cancellation and such. Just stick with one.

When I read the Pig thought it was just meh, I knew it would be good.

Did you liked The Visit? I'll put it in my queue.

Yep us plebs got only the DTSMA 5.1 but certainly I think I might buy the 4K pack to get the full on version!

Yeah Wabo the Visit is the business! I will watch it again for HorrorFest this year!

Scavenging for vinyl sounds fun!

Watched Final Girls last night. Didn't really care for it. Bit of a bummer actually. Although Adam Levine is kind of funny in a way I'm ashamed to appreciate.

If you want to "slum it", Hulu just added "Inhabitants", an indie film about a couple who buy a haunted bed and breakfast. Not that bad and gets an interesting spin about halfway in. Three aging VHS decks.

Totally needed to be a hard R movie.

IMO, T&A and livestock intestines don't make a movie good.

True but this one had zero to nothing in the blood category, only some one liners and a very cool idea. When you put it against Scouts and Deathgasm it falls really short in the horror comedy area.

If you guys get bored Curve is on Netflix, Julianne Hough (DWTS) gets trapped in a car wreck with a psycho "training" her to survive. Wives might enjoy it as well. Not too gory and a decent little thriller.

Probably would take some narcotics for me to like it. I've watched the first three seasons via the wife, a fan, but always check out. I found Marco Polo far superior as well as Black Sails. Black Sails is freaking amazing.
