HDMI is the devil's work.

Tell me about it when I was trying to do a baseT setup over two cat5e cables when I first got my pj. That ish didn't work and a cheap long HDMI cable did. Of course before I found a cable that works I went through every Monoprice wire and the one from Amazon worked!

I have a 50' HDMI cable going to my pj. Don't recall the brand. I just know it's not Blue Jean Cable. I will never, ever buy another one of their products. T minus 45 minutes until 5pm. Then it's beers up!

Yeah I wish I went with that idea first. The 35ft hdmi cable I got was some off brand and it worked perfectly. When I move back to CincyI am doing the same setup I have here in MN. It isn't the 'prettiest' but it works with no issues and I can get to my gear quickly.

Oh yeah thanks for reminding me about the beer! Wife is picking up dinners so that means I can drink since I don't have to drive anywhere!

These aren't the steam kind, they are a front loader, high efficiency model. Circa 2010. The repair guys both said LG are good and get very few calls along with Whirlpool. This was the A&E repair service, those guys said if a call comes in about washers and dryers it's probably a Sammy. But you know how that stuff goes, ymmv etc. They are getting some bad press on the TV front as well. The smart ones are pulling ads from the web and putting it over your content like a popup ad.

I got a quadcopter for my son for xmas. For under $100 it has a camera that does video and still shots and is FPV, it has a monitor on the RC that shows where the thing is going.First place it went on Xmas day was the top of the only tree within 200 yards.I had to make a 40'long pole using 5 pool cleaning poles taped together. That thing is so cool.

Yep, I'm hardwired, so no worries there.

We also have a Samsung dryer and it needed to be serviced recently as well. They "fixed" it however, moisture sense (or whatever its called) is still not working as advertised.

And now that we're bashing em, my Smart Things network could use more features and better stability.

I've gone through so many of those AirHogs copters, not worth the price.I bought 2 copters from XHeli.com for the same price. Each one is 24" long and on a separate channel so both fly at the same time. Not really an indoor item though, can cause physical,[I took a shot below the belt] and property damage,[son flew into tv in the kitchen,'small scratch on the screen']Great fun otherwise.

Not surprising.
The best scalers seem to be the ones currently in the high-end Sony and Samsung 4K displays.

The 103 is getting old (the Darbee tech is not "Scaling" tech, it is a Detail Enhancer on a pixel level).

I am sure though other manufacturers will be coming to the UHD player world soon.
Panasonic appears to be the next one out (rumor is first of April).
