World's Greatest Dad was a nice surprise (available on Netflix stream now). This one looks a teensy bit more controversial.

red band:
http://www.hulu.com/watch/323440/mov...-bless-america

Loveless, jobless and possibly terminally ill, Frank has had enough of the downward spiral of America. With nothing left to lose, Frank takes his gun and decides to off the stupidest, cruelest and most repellent members of society with an unusual accomplice: 16-year-old Roxy, who shares his sense of rage and disenfranchisement. From stand-up comedian and director Bobcat Goldthwait comes a scathing and hilarious attack on all that is sacred in the United States of America.

The above post is 100% medically accurate

Grand Theft Auto comes to the Silver Screen?

Nice Camaro.

Didn't know Bobcat was still alive.

I'll give it shot.

I thought he was dead, too. I remember when he was very thin (and ill) several years ago.

Interesting timing on this. Did I read something about a May release, but it's around on VOD?

This is Mark Cuban's Magnet label and for years he's been releasing films prior to bookings in theaters and even doing so VOD on Comcast. Most of his films would be booked in art houses and we know that they're becoming non-existent so the wise thing was to license streaming. It's available now at places like Vudu, YouTube Movies, etc at a higher price than it will be next month when it is in "theaters." I often wait the month and rent at the in theater price.

As with "Falling Down," this looks like a good stress reliever but with modern updates. A must see.

The premise of the trailer looked good, but much of the script doesn't work with the girl. Guess they shoulda moved to France

I liked it. Adding the girl was somewhat of a stretch, but so was the whole movie. She did a good job with her part. I think Bobcat got his point across. We've all encountered the victims at least 20 or 30 times.

I searched this here thread for any reference to "Natural Born Killers" but didn't find any. Pretty steep price on VUDU though so I think I'll wait until after May, like suggested above.

Or 200-300 if you live in a large city. The theater scene was close to home for most of us.

There was one type of "target" he didn't include - people talking on phone or texting while driving and not having a clue what they're doing to traffic. Then I'd be in the 200-300 range very quickly. If some how, some day, I do cross over to the dark side, some poor texter will rue the day he bought a phone.

In Oregon, we have a law against it, but it isn't really enforced.
Cops would rather hand out expensive speeding tickets, than face down a pi$$ed-off soccer mom any day.

I was surprised to see that it was Tara Lynne Barr's first real movie role. See did a very good job, better than a quite a few more experienced (so-called) actresses.

Watched it last night on Vudu in HDX (great PQ BTW). Loved it and about time a movie like this was made.

Interiew the Goldthwait here who is showing the film tomorrow at the Calgary undergound film festival:

He's got a current special floating around HBO or somewhere. One of his opening break the ice jokes is, no, he's not dead And he's not the guy from Police Academy that does the funny voices. He's major mellowed from his great '80s days, but still has it in spurts.

Hey Bob, why do you drink so much Tab?

Eve: I thought I was through getting involved with men who were trouble. Falling in love on a look. I can't look at you.

Mickey: You have perfection about you. Your eyes have music. Your heart's the best part of your body. And when you move, every man, woman and child is forced to watch.

I wish Lindsay Blowhan or Kardasian's were used in this movie instead of the whiny blondie teen.
