And that's The Queen with a strange man in the toilet stall!

Peter Greenaway must have a miniscule fan club. His titles are generally not available, and poor video quality when they are.

You're right: it's about time!

My rule is that I don't answer films I've reviewed in the past for 48 hours, just to be sporting. This is one of those.

Ding!

Neil Jordan's The Company of Wolves.

I think it is fine picture, although it tends to disappoint those looking for a werewolf story.

My review: The Company of Wolves (1984).

Q: have you seen the PAL DVD or imported Blu-ray? Any comments? My thumbnails are from the North American DVD.

It's Cheech & Chong's Nice Dreams. Not exactly one of Stacy Keach's finest moments. I saw this in a theater when it came. I still don't exactly know why. Maybe I was expecting Up in Smoke.

No...I mean YES! I was expecting more suffering on this one. It could from any of a number of Eastwood films, right?

Correct. Did you play that movie in this game already? I forget.

I have the UK Blu-ray, but haven't actually watched it beyond scanning to the milk scene to grab the screencap. Immediate impression is that it looks too bright and washed out. Not fair of me to judge without watching the disc properly, though.

Maybe it was the hat, but mostly it was the fact it recently got released.

No, but (a) I can't even remember what we've done here, not even my own posts, and (b) double dipping is definitely permitted.

Come that day: I'd like to know what sort of upgrade it is over the region 1 DVD.

That is correct. Its a pretty good popcorn flick. I have it on a flipper DVD from MGM. Oh, and it also has:
