I remembered the scene too, but was struggling: subs or sub-hunters? Run Silent or The Bedford Incident or The Enemy Below (no wait, that was in color) or Destination Tokyo or ...?

^^^ Yup! I watched more than a few old B&W war movies the last month or so due to Memorial Day weekend listings that I recorded and finally had time to watch.

I was going off memory. Was totally thinking of "Lord of War" (which the next person correctly guessed). Should have looked up the proper name on IMDB...Oh, well. Next time.

Match these fictional corporations up with their respective movies.

1. The Tyrell Corporation -

2. The Weyland Corporation -

3. Cyberdyne Systems -

4. Wilford Industries -

Some of these corporations have more than one movie link so any applicable title is acceptable.

Correct. The challenge was mainly in the last corporation - Wilford Industries - since few people have seen this film.

Congrats!

Correct!

It's a slow political thriller, very true to Robert Harris's book, which may not be the best approach to screenwriting. He and Polanski wanted to do his Pompeii book (better than the recent movie by that name) but when it fell through they did this one instead.
