Some may recall the actress in the shot above in an earlier film (attached).

I don't know if the attachment in that last post of yours was an example or a "Name that movie" thang, but just in case, that's from Casablanca.

That was meant to be an informative picture of Lotte Palfi Andor. From the IMDB:

Quote:
Was an aspiring Jewish stage actress in Germany and had to flee in 1934 with her first husband, the cutter (film editor) Victor Palfi, after the Nazis came to power. She played only bit parts in Hollywood, many of them uncredited. Her most memorable roles were in Casablanca (1942), where she was "the woman who has to sell her diamonds" in order to escape the Nazis and in Marathon Man (1976), where she was "the woman on 47th street," chasing a Nazi who is trying to escape with robbed diamonds.

In 1943, she married the German-American actor Wolfgang Zilzer (stage name: Paul Andor), who had been the "man with expired papers" in Casablanca (1942). The couple divorced in old age when the American-born Zizler wanted to die in Germany and his wife refused to return to her native country.

Told ya it was easy! Right you are.

In honor of the passing of Dick Smith on Wednesday at the age of 92. His makeup on Dustin Hoffman to age him to 121 years old was fabulous.

Then I bet I know what it is, but I guess I have to wait.

If you liked Repulsion or The Tenant you should like Images. It's one of the absolutely craziest of the crazy movies. It was so off-putting that Columbia decided to not even release it. It made the round of art-house theaters a few years later. It has a considerable cult following.

That's it! You spotted Susannah York the first time.

Robert Aldrich had two tracks: (1) war movies, (2) psycho-women. This sounds like a thriller but the title is misleading. Sister George is a soap opera character and when she is written out the actress becomes distraught. Notorious at the time for lesbian content (invented in the 1960s, you know) and passion.

The woman on the left in the second picture below was later Mrs Vincent Price. Coral Browne.

Yes. A particularly dark look at mid-century life in suburban Connecticut. Could have sworn you reviewed it, I know someone was discussing it somewhere.

See the two "Review older films" links in my signature. I recommend starting at the end and working backward.
