Yet another

I don't listen to too much newer power metal. That's probably where you'll find most of what you're looking for. My favorites in this style of vocals are old, like Agent Steel's Unstoppable Force, which is my favorite speed metal album. Steve Grimmett on Onslaught's In Search of Sanity and Grim Reaper's Rock You To Hell. Tony Moore on Riot's Thundersteel. And for an operatic flavor, the brilliant Messiah Marcolin.

Something is missing in their music, it's ok but just doesn't quite do it for me. The closest they get is probably the song Lola Montez during the verses. Other than that not so much. Still, I love that singers voice.
Like the singer a lot. Listened to a few songs, not exactly my cup o tea but could prolly enjoy them every now and then.

Mid-90's groove metal. If you like Machine Head's Burn My Eyes you may like this.
