Watching this movie tonight has Aaron Eckhart looked quite good on the previews.
I don't understand why they do this in the States this movie is called Erased and outside USA its called The Expatriate. Why on earth do they do that?

According to wiki: "It was retitled "Erased" for the US market. The retitling and delayed US release was due to unusually high piracy rates following an early DVD release in France on September 26, 2012 during the first week of the movie's global theatrical roll-out. On October 1, 2012, it ranked number 10 most pirated movie online globally, in a chart otherwise populated by blockbusters from major Hollywood studios."

I have no idea why this movie was moved into this category, given that it has been released on BR for about one month. The amusing thing about this movie is that it was offered via Amazon streaming, then went into a one week release in Los Angeles, and then came out in BR. Having actually seen this during its one week run, it is hard to get excited about it. Certainly wasn't worth the $14.99 that Amazon wanted for it. It is a good average movie but nothing equivalent to something like Welcome to the Punch. Olga Kurylenko is simply wasted. But the rent has to be paid and no one can blame anyone for taking a pay check.
