To carry on in the spirit of the old folks discussion, I recall a cartoon in one of the weekly magazines many years ago. It depicts an incredibly old man leaning on a cane while sitting at a nightclub table surrounded by showgirls. The caption read, "I've made my pile, now I'm gonna enjoy it."

Hate to come off like Debbie Downer but isn't this Non-stop shite the same as the Taken series? I mean fur frikkin crying out loud how desperate or lame is Liam for doing these redundant same-o same-o crap where he's either daddy's girl father or lovey dovey loyal husband who doesn't know exactly why's he's in this predicament from some memory loss or Alzheimer who's backed into a corner and fights back to get his wife or daughter back.

They're shooting Taken 3 and the sequel to this Non-stop. So it's like non stop Liam BS action flick over & over again. And he looks the same in every damn movie, the disheveled 5 o'clock shadow gruffly looking missing sleep tired like he's shooting Taken & Non-stop simultaneously. Very unoriginal and sloppy man sorry.

No need to be sorry. I like mindless action flicks if they are well done. Hell even some that are not I can admit to. Non stop was a decent thriller (not great but fun) till the last 15 min .

Maybe he wasn't expecting to become an "action star" when he was younger and he's just enjoying himself. I'm sure the pay is good, and the films are successful. How many times did Harrison Ford play the "unlikely hero"? Also these productions (Taken, Non-Stop, Unknown) all come from Luc Besson, which is far more "same old" than Liam Neeson being typecast. But it works, audiences seem to like Neeson-the-badass, even if the films are not really oscar material (they're not meant to be anyway). I see no reason for him to be desperate.

Have you watched Non-Stop? As the others said, while the ending remains questionable, the film is still great fun to watch. Sometimes that's all we're asking.

You must have watched the Fosters version. With enough Fosters even a horrible ending is tolerable.
