The Terminator Creator James Cameron Plotting A Three-Film “Reinvention”

Quote:
Negotiations are underway, it seems, which would certainly explain Skydance’s hope of a “major announcement” in 2017. And if you’re worried that The Terminator is nursing a rather potent case of franchise fatigue, don’t; that’s something that Cameron and producer David Ellison have discussed at length.

Spoiler: Cameron will just take one of his normal movies and release it as three 90-minute movies.

Well, perhaps, they could do giant Terminator robots, with human pilots in the head, battling against monsters on the planet Avatar, for a new direction.

As someone who loves torture in most forms, this announcement of even more worthless Terminator movies is great news! I refuse to spend less than $25 for each ticket.

So it would be what umm Terminator like 5, I know he said he was going to ignore the ones after Terminator 2 but still its like Terminator like 5 or 6, Avatar edition, The Terminator fights giant blue cat monkey people to save Sarah, again, but some how a giant blue cat monkey travels back in time and impregnates young Sarah making some weird human blue cat monkey hybrid that goes on to lead the rebellion against a giant faceless corporation and then umm maybe joins the cat monkey people or something oh wait and then a giant queen alien comes out of the trees with one of those water snake things from the abyss, and Celine Dion sings some crappy song. I think that covers it all.
