Hello to all.

Recently I noticed a seller from Singapore offering many low-priced DVDs.

They are "Asia-released", zoneless.

Are these relases "safe"?

Items are here (seller is sunz_n_moonz_88):
http://cgi6.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAP...sort=2&rows=25

Many thanks in advance and regards.

They are likely not legitimate copies. Official releases from Asia are usually Region-3 coded. The seller also does not mention anything about special features. Often, pirated copies do not contain the special features included on the official dvd.

True enough, if they are truly being distributed by an Asian company like Universe or Mei Ah, Thakral, etc., the dvds are often R0. But the ones listed on Ebay are mainstream releases which are usually distributed by large US based companies.

I bought "Michael Flatleys Feet of Flames" DVD from China,
It's Region 0 (plays on my region 1 player), from the manufacturer "Universal".
No problems except high shipping costs.
