The E-skip season is really just beginning. June and July are the peak months, so you can still try to spot anything. I use a Winegard YA-6260 mounted about 15' above ground on my roof. The antenna has several trees around it and a taller house next door, but e-skip is usually powerful enough to decode with just a simple dipole antenna. And I even heard that it's not always necessary to have the antenna pointed in the right direction, since the signals are usually strong. Last night, I picked up something from Mexico on analog channel 2, but it was too indistinct to get an ID. But based on the map at that time, the E-clouds were aligned to allow for Mexico TV to be received here. This is the map that will clue you in on an e-skip opening... http://www.dxmaps.com/spots/map.php?...XC=N&HF=N&GL=N

Here is my decode of KNOP on Saturday morning...
