So just to confirm, KLVX-DT transmitter is on Black Mountain? I'm getting KLAS fine but still can't pull in channel 11. I'm at Warm Springs and Valle Verde in Green Valley, I think about 3 or 4 miles from Black Mountain.

I asked several engineers about this box, These are some "tries"

Make sure your DTV onscreen program guide is on and then reacquire channels. We are not currently feeding any program information but some stations have seen this keep the receiver from locking.

Manually tune in the 11-1 frequency. this is 193.25 Mhz. I have not had hands on experience with this box, but I believe you can manually enter the frequency. You might also try 193.260 Mhz since our channel 10 is +10Khz offset.

I have only tried with a Hughes HIRD -E86 with manual entry, and a Panasonic TU-DST50 manual and auto search. I don't think either of these boxes lets me differentiate between 11-1 or 11-3 when manually entering.

I suspect my neighbor's 2 story house may be blocking my line of sight to Black Mountain. I'll relocate the antenna and report back.

I also have a Unity Motion receiver, I'll try that one also.

If all else fails, there should be someone at the station on Tuesday on and off. (National Association of Broadcasters Convention) is in town. You can bring your receiver down to the lobby where we can connect it to our feed and try to set it up for you. We will need the manual and there is a chance you may have to leave it for a couple of days so label it well. I will leave a message at the front desk to this effect.

thanks for your interest in KLVX-DT...

Channel 10 Drive is 1 block west of Eastern, off Flamingo Road. It only goes south of Flamingo and Channel 10 is about 1 block down on the left.

Thank you Klvx, I will try one last ditch effort tonight... if I'm still having problems I'll drop off my DTC100 at the station.

I live in Seven Hills and am getting 50%-54%, but it will not lock. Is anybody else having a problem getting the signal? I get CBS in the high 80's. Thanks

need some help here. I live right off of American Pacific (between steph and gibson) and am having a horrible time receiving KLAS. The best I can do is pull in 55% by moving my antenna into the middle of the room with the rabbit ears fully extended. With KLVX, 100% all the way.... (great job pbs! way to show those crappy commercial stations how its done! on-time (relatively), good quality & strong broadcast!

anyways... any ideas? I have a Mits SR-HD500 receiver with an RCA ANT1020 indoor antenna going to a mits ws55807.
