^TWC just announced their 4Q video subscriber losses (215,000) and for the year it was 825,000. It's clear that a lot of people have started to cut the cord and will never be coming back. Where they are gaining is in Internet only subscriptions.
So, if they are doing some thinking over here, it would seem they would want to use that bandwidth to where they are gaining customers, i.e. use it to beef up the Internet offerings. Locally this is going to be pretty important now that Google has announced it's moving in.
