It amazes me all the people going crazy over Ethernet over coax cable. Originally coax was the only thing that Ethernet ran over. 1st thick net then thin net. After many years there was cat 5 twisted pair. Switches / hubs would have coax in and cat 5 out. 10mb in, 10mb out. Seems that "everything that goes around, comes around".

I wouldn't say they're "going crazy". MoCA/DECA have a very low penetration rate. So much so, ActionTech is about the only game in town when it comes to MoCA adapters.
