Have you tried to manually add KGO (24-1) and KQED (30-1)? Have you tried turning off the APG? You might want to try searching for DTC100 problems. I've seen a number of threads regarding the APG causing problems (but not for just KGO & KQED).

Sounds like a receiver problem. Both KGO and KQED have excellent signals with almost zero downtime. KGO has HD and SD signals. I don't have a Sony HD-100 so I can't help there.

I have a DTC100 and receive a strong signal for KQED(78+ss), KGO (74+ss) and KRON ( 58+ss) all from a tough area/San Anselmo/Ross area in Marin. I CANT PICK UP ANY OTHERS! Its all really crazy as it makes NO sense to me since they all come from Sutro. A eng. from KPIX said to go to a full scan on receiver and just keep making some incremental adjistments. He also pointed out that there transmitter points slighly down to capture the low lying areas of the city. So, my take is that its not just the distance and outpoint , but maybe more to do with directionality.
