woop! of course without notice, i have digital cable. During my monthly call to them to see if service is in my area yet.. *poof* yes it is! digital and road runner.

now all that is left if that damn HD receiver. we are all looking @ june, aren't we?

i assume CBS is still being pumped thru and i can hook that up to my hipix.
what kinda spliter do i need? 1ghz one? can i get anything else?

A 1 Ghtz splitter is fine. Just insert the raw coax into the hipix. I'm not familiar with the hipix, but most boxes recognize the TWC signal as an OTA antenna signal (8VSB), not an HD cable box signal. You should be able to get CBS-HD. As far as I know, that is all you can get without the SA 2000HD box. With the box, you will be also able to get NBC, HBO and SHO. Good luck.
