It looks like they moved 43-2 to 43-1 and removed the 16:9 feed.

Yo...help me out here...what's the "call letter's" for digital carrier 42? Are you keying in "42" on your remote or "42-1"? I get nothing...

BTW...my 43-1 is staying there now and no longer remapping to 53-1.

Blitz: I doubt you'll be able to pick up 42 in Cranberry, I can't. They are broadcasting at very low power from near Monroeville, whereas 43 is right off 279.

Ok...but is channel 42 the same as 43, i.e.; WPGH FOX?

I was wondering if anyone knew what OTA stations I would be able to pick up in my area. I'm right on the border of the North Side and Ross Township.

I had a Samsung 150 for a few days, and using a RadioShack Bowtie, I was able to get the three network stations ok, but it took some work with antenna placement.

Would I also be able to get the new additions, 42 and 43 (WCWB and WPGH)?

Bill

WRL: You'll certainly be able to receive WPGH 43 but I doubt you'll be able to get 42. You should also have no trouble getting WQED 38 when they come online this month.

i called wpgh and got a call back 2 weeks or so later, i almost forgot that i called. i was told that fox never sent them a "hd" (480p) feed so they put up the sd. also that they did have .1 and .2 but that sinclar send the "converter" a $65K box to a cbs station since they need it more for cbs hd over the fox "hd"

they were however unaware of any widescreen content from fox.
