Here are the channels I can receive...I'd be interested to see what others in my area receive.

My equipment:

RCA MM36100
Rat Shack Double Bowtie Antenna (+ 10 dB amplifier)

Channels I can receive (from indoor antenna, third floor apartment)

Ch / Network / Strength

Ch 10-1 ABC 40s - 50s
Ch 29-2 FOX 70s
Ch 31-1 CBS 80s
Ch 35-1 NBC 60s
Ch 41-1 CBS 70s
Ch 41-2 CBS 70s (4:3 Zoomed)

Titan TV says I should be getting the following:

Ch 10 (9-1) ABC
Ch 29 (19-1) FOX
Ch 31 (12-1) CBS
Ch 35 (5-1) NBC
Ch 41 (7-1) CBS

Any idea for the discrepancy?

I don't see any discrepancies. You're getting the digital channels just as they're being broadcast. The only thing I see is that your STB appears to prefer the actual UHF channel number. Most stations send a digital flag that causes your STB to reassign channel 41 as 7-1 and 29 as 19-1. That's done simply to make it easier to remember who's who. Otherwise, you have to remember that 41-1 is WHIO-7's digital frequency.

I do find the 29-2 interesting as I don't think WXIX is using a subchannel for anything.

Walking the fine line between jaw-dropping and a plain ol' yawn.

You must have the "off-air guides" function turned off on the DTC-100. This is why you are not seeing the channels remap. I actually prefer not to have the channels remap, so I leave it turned off, at least until stations begin transmitting useful guide as well as time/date info.

If you do turn the "off air guides" feature on, 41 will still not remap to 7, and 35 might not remap to 5 (depending upon what WLWT has recently done with their new setup)

Also, since I have the off air guides turned off, I see the channels (including 29-2 for WXIX) exactly as you do. There's also 10-2 which isn't on your list, which has 9 Weather. You would most likely see better results with WCPO-DT 10(9) if using a VHF antenna for it, although if your at or above 40 readings, you might not need it if you're not getting any dropouts.

I'm north of Middletown, and get readings ranging from 82~94 on all the channels you mentioned with a RS VU210 VHF/UHF combo antenna w/Mast Mount preamp mounted outdoors 35 ft. above ground.

In addition, I also receive WCVN-DT 24 (PBS/KET) out of Northern KY w/70~83 readings. You might want to try for WCVN-DT if you don't have a big hill to the South. I see them on 24-3, 24-4, 24-5, 24-6. With Off air Guides (PSIP) turned on, they map to 54-1, 54-2, 54-3 and 54-4.

Hope this helps,
