I have noticed a ton of audio drop outs on WIVB, especially during football games and in the evening. TWC sent a tech to my house who told me it is a known problem. I called WIVB and an engineer told me they receive a lot of calls on this issue, all from Niagara County not the rest of the TWC area.
Can't seem to get any response from TWC on the issue.
Other's must see th9is, has anyone else tried to get TWC to do something?
What part of Niagara County are you in, and which division of TW are you serviced from, Buffalo or Rochester?

I just got a call from TWC. They are claiming it is in the feed from WIVB, not their fault. They also claim it is everywhere, not just Niagara County.
The two companies are pointing fingers at each other, we suffer!
For those wondering, it is most noticeable during football games and the newscasts.
