3.3 still very pixellated, the movie Coffey(1973) is on right now and looks like, well... crappy.

We are in Zimbabwe, we have limited resources to make the picture better I guess.

Blues Television Network is not exactly a household name. The network is a music network and airs in the San Francisco market pumping ot the Blues. They have an ambitious plans to expand from San Francisco. In a message from the network via their FB page, they state that Las Vegas is a target for them.

I may have spoken too soon about Charge and TBD being in correct aspect ratio. It looks like both have reverted to postage stamp sizing with borders on all four sides. Not that much help in selecting programs to watch when KVCW has the on screen program listings reversed for 33.3 and 33.4.

Some changes to the dial may start to occur near the end of the month. Details later.

Changes are good if for the better. Star Trek OS is broadcast on H&I 21.1 and MeTV 8.2. It looks like carp on MeTV, and a decent 480i broadcast of the remastered series on H&I, are the gods of Channel 8 purposefully messing with the picture quality?

KLAS 8.1 takes up the majority of the bits available for broadcast. Both 8.2 and 8.3 must fight over the scraps left after the 8.1 HD program takes their share. But over on 21.1-4, there is no HD hog sub-channel, so the four subs get a bigger amount of bits.

If that's the case, then NewsMax on KNBX 31.2 looks like Herring. I don't understand why the sat feed isn't better for the network locally.

Are you enjoying the recently added commercial cue tones on Oldie Goldie (KPVT 2.6)? It's like a flashback to 1970's satellite viewing. Those pulsing tones were almost as bad as the dial up connection for AOL.

Unfortunately, I can't get those channels on "2". Live in a condo and only have an indoor antenna.

Do you receive KEEN-17. Keen is also locaated on Black Mountain, and is an LPTV caster, like KPVT-2. Also up there on Black Mountain are LPTV stations KHDF-19, KHMP-18, KVPX-28, K41IO-41, K43FO-43, and KSLV-50.

I get Keen 17, today with the winds, its choppy, none of the other channels are choppy. The probably have a loose wire going to the transmitter. That twin 300 ohm flat wire from Radio shack from 30 years ago just aint cutting it.

The lead-in wire needs to be replace pronto with RG6.

KGNG 47.8's QVC Plus service has been sidelined since Wednesday evening with unspecified glitches.

Just how soon can we expect Univsion to restore KMCC-34 service to the Valley, now that they have spent 3.75 million to acquire the Laughlin/Las Vegas station from Cranston?

Just how soon can we expect NewsMax to fold or be seriously upgraded into a real news operation?

Just how soon can we expect GET TV to find a new Las Vegas home?

QVC Plus was sputtering back to life Sunday evening on KGNG 47.8, and back to good health by Monday morning.

The Sinclair Vegas news team must have been pleased with the Raiders move to Vegas, as that broadcast group aired the live news conference on KSNV 3.1, KVCW 33.1, and KVCW 33.2. That was in addition to other stations KVVU 5.1, KLAS 8.1, and KTNV 13.1.
