Wikipedia says "By way of extended cable coverage, WPCW also serves as the default CW affiliate for the Johnstown-Altoona-State College television market, since that area currently lacks a CW affiliate of its own".
I don't see any way of receiving WPCW over-the-air when searching TV Fool and other on-line survey tools.
Am I missing something?

No, it's only available OTA in Johnstown.

WPCW is the de facto CW affiliate for the market, but Comcast doesn't even carry it in State College, pulling in WPIX from New York instead.

I doubt you have any chance of pulling in WSWB or WLYH in State College.
