Question (Q) Inexpensive IPTV Service that can replace cable?

Are there any good IPTV services available that can inexpensively provide an alternative to cable for access to local HD channels in a situation where ATSC OTA is not an option due to the size of antenna that would be needed to pick up certain channels? I ran some searches myself and the only thing that comes close is "Triniti Nucleus", which has a neat service, but it's just too expensive and provides too little. Aereo looks like it's pretty much dead in the water at this point (and even if it wasn't, would probably be years away from being a reality in my area).

Is there anything else available or am I stuck with the ripoff plan from the cable company?
