Cable provider (MediaCom) inaction
I contacted MediaCom because I have not been receiving HD signal to my cable box. The number on the screen reads 480i and should read 1080i. The picture is fine, but no different than the channels that are not HD. The MediaCom reply was that they transmit what is provided to them. Why am I paying for HD if I am not getting it? I plan to check with neighbors to see what the numbers on their cable box is.
