You are right. I don't know why I thought that. Maybe the poster should try to aim his antenna a little bit better.

Interesting. I gather that Charleston channel 40 is a tropospheric thing then?

Curious how WILM would be able to fix it.. more power? move to different channel? Or just wait for the tropo effect to end and live with it? The effect appears to go away around 830 or so.

It's not coming from Charleston, but rather Norfolk Va.

WILM put out all the power they are allowed. There's nothing they can do at this time.
